3 large chicken breasts-cooked, cooled, chopped
2 8oz cream cheese-softened
1 1/3 c. of chedder cheese
1 tsp. of minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. of chili powder
1 tsp. of paprika
1 tsp. of cumin powder
1 tsp of dry oregano
1 bunch of cilantro-chopped
4 green onions-chopped
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with Chili-don't drain
cayenne and red pepper to taste

Mix cheeses until blended. Add spices. Blend. Add Rotel and chicken. It's thick so serve with Fritos or crackers.
