1 pre-made pie crust...
1 box Jell-o Lemon Pudding & Pie filling...
1 container Kool Whip!

1. prepare the pie crust...2. prepare the pudding mix..3. pour the pudding into the pie crust...4. refrigerate until it sets...5. before serving, top with Kool Whip! Mom then told Pam that if she was interested, she had a "killer" recipe for a chocolate pie!!

This is the story behind Mom's "Special Lemon Pie"..It was always David's favorite dessert, and when he went off to college, he would always ask Mom to make it for him when he came home.(which she of course did.) After David & Pam got married, Pam decided to make "her" lemon pie for him. She did everything from "scratch", except grow the lemons, but Dave said, "it's good, but it's not Mom's". So, Pam asked Mom if she would give her "secret"? Mom gave her the above recipe, which Pam says she still follows. I personally prefer Mom's Chocolate Pie.
