Personal Notes:
Thank you for including us in the Great Family Cookbook. Our names are Willard and Jeannette (Walth) Harsch. Willard is the son of Eleanor (Klein) Harsch, daughter of John Klein. John Klein was the son of George Klein who homesteaded northwest of the Neuburg Church which is north of Burt, ND in Hettinger County. The original smoke house and chicken coop still stand on the homestead property of which Willard and Jeannette now own.
