6 pork loin chops (about 2 1/4 lbs.)
1 T oil
1 c. applesauce
1 - 16 oz. sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1/4 c. apple juice or white wine
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 t. brown sugar
1/4 t. ground mustard
Pepper to taste

In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides in oil.
Transfer to 9x13" pan, combine remaining ingred. and spoon over chops. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. or until meat juices run clear.
