2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
20oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 T. flour
3 eggs
2/3 c. lime juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 drop green food coloring
whip cream (for garnish)

In a bowl combine crumbs and sugar, stir in butter. Press onto bottom and sides of greased 10 in. springform pan. Bake at 375 for 8 min. cool.

In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add sour cream and flour, then beat well.
Beat in eggs on low speed just until combined. Stir in lime juice, vanilla and food coloring just until mixed. Pour into crust and bake at 325 for 50-55 min. or until center is almost set. Cool for 1 hour then refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with whip cream just before serving.
