2 Salmon filets (about 4 oz each)
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
6 or 8 sun-dried tomatoes, (soaked in hot water and then chopped).

Directions:
Directions:
Coat Salmon with butter mixture, then place in hot frying pan for about 3 or 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, and pre-heat broiler.
Spread mayo mixture generoulsy over salmon filets, and place under broiler until lightly browned and bubbly. (note: if fry pan can’t go under the broiler,
transfer to a pan that can.) ( I prefer to use a cast iron pan.)
