1 ½ tazas de azúcar
1 taza de mantequilla, suavizada
1 huevo
¼ taza de agua
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 ¼ taza de harina
1/3 taza de cocoa
½ cucharadita de bicarbonato de soda
½ cucharadita de sal
3 tazas de avena
168 grs. de chocolate en pedacitos

Mezclar el azúcar, huevo, agua y vainilla.
Añadirle el resto de los ingredientes moviendo con la cuchara de madera.
Dejar caer la masa por cucharaditas sobre lata sin engrasar y bien distantes una de otra pues se extienden.
Horno de 350º F. por 12 min. hasta que casi no quede huella al tocarla.
Inmediatamente retirarlas de la lata a una rejilla.
