500 grs. de azúcar rubia
560 grs. de harina
2 cucharaditas de bicarbonato
1 cucharadita de canela
¼ cucharadita de clavo de olor en polvo
ralladura de limón
2 cucharadas de miel de abeja
4 huevos

Directions:
Se amasa todo y se labran bolitas. Se pintan con una mezcla de huevo y un poquito de agua; en el centro de le coloca una nuez.

Ponerlas distanciadas en una lata enmantequillada, pues crecen mucho.

Llevar al horno a 300º F por 20-22 min., pero a los 10 min. colocar una lata debajo de la de las galletas para evitar que se quemen por abajo.
