1 Head cabbage
1 or 2 Bermuda onions
1 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil
Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage, and slice onions. Place in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Sprinkle with all but 2 tsp of sugar. Add the 2 tsp sugar to the remaining
ingredients, and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage and onions, and cover. Cool, but do not stir for at least 4 hours. Keeps forever, almost!!
