2 pkg dry yeast
6 Tbsp shortening
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
7 cups flour
3 eggs
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in ½ cup warm water. Beat eggs into dissolved yeast. Heat milk, sugar, shortening, and salt until all are dissolved.. Cool milk mixture, and add to yeast mixture. Add all to 4 cups flour in a large bowl. Keep adding the remaining flour until all is well mixed. Knead, adding additional flour
until dough reaches the right texture.
Rub inside of large bowl with oil. Place dough in bowl, turning to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour, until dough doubles in size. Punch dough down, and divide into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Cover and let rise in pans for 30/35 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 min.. Remove from oven, and place bread on wire rack to cool. Rub crust with butter.
