2 eggs...............................6 eggs
1-1/2 cup sugar..................4-1/2 cups
1 cup crisco.......................3 cups
1 tsp. baking powders.........3 tsps.
1/2 tsp. salt........................1-1/2 tsps.
1-1/2 tsps. lemon or vanilla...4-1/2
2-1/4 cups flour....................9-3/4
Directions:
Directions:
Cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and crisco. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powders. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Roll into long rolls, wrap in wax-paper and chill until firm enough to slice without breaking apart. Slice dough, place on cookie sheet and bake and 350º for 8-10 mins. or until golden brown.
