1-3/4 cups flour........................3-1/2 cups
3 tsps. baking powders.............6 tsps.
1 tsp. salt................................2 tsps.
1/4 sup shortening....................1/2 cup
3/4 cup milk.............................1-1/2 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Add baking powders and salt to flour. Cut in shortening. Add milk and stir with a fork to form a soft dough. Tur dough onto a floured board and knead about 20 times. Roll out to 1/2" thick and cut with biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450º for 8-10 mins. or until golden brown.
