2-1/2 cups flour
3 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 small bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup walnuts-ground fine

Directions:
Directions:
Sift 2/12 cups flour, 3 tsps. baking powders, 1/2 salt, mash 3 small bananas, add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup soft butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk. Stir in flour mixture and 3/4 cups walnuts-ground fine. Mix well. Grease loaf pan and lightly flour pan. Pour in batter nad bake in pre-heated oven (350º) for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
