3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp, baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. cinnomon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

3 eggs and 1 cup sugar, beaten for 3 mins., add 2/3 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp. lemon juice. Sift together, 3/4 cup flour, tsp baking powder,1-1/2 tsp. cinnomon, 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. salt, and fold into pumpkinmixture. Spread on greased, wax-paper lined cookie sheet, sprinkle 1 cup crushed nutsand bake at 375 for 15 mins. Turnout onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll up as you would a jelly-roll, towel, cake, both. Cool unroll cake and spread filling on cake and re-roll. Chill

beat until creamy, 1 cup powdered sugar, 6 oz. cramed cheese, 4 tsps. buter and 1/2 tsp. vanilla
