Crust:
1 C flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp paking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C butter
3 tbsp milk
Pie:
5 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 1/3 C sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
6 eggs
1/4 C heavy cream
1 tsp lemon or orange rind (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Blend in butter, then add milk. Roll or press into an ungreased 9" springform pan.
Pie: Soften cream cheese to room temp., eggs too. Whip cream cheese; add sugar - mix well. Add flour, vanilla and salt - mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Fold in cream. Bake at 500ºF for 10 min, then lower temp. tp 200ºF for 60-75 min. Turn off oven and let cool. Refridgerate overnight.
