5 or 6 apples, sliced
1 cup water
dash of salt
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples, water, and salt in a buttered baking pan. Mix flour, sugar, and butter together until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture on top of apples, then sprinkle the cinnamon over all. Bake at 400 for 10 min., or at 350 for 30 min.
Serve warm, with whipped cream, or with ice cream.
