1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pint of chicken livers
1 stick of margarine
1/2 large onion and bottoms of 1 bunch of green onions, chopped - chop tops of green onions and reserve
salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
1 dash of garlic salt
2 c. rice (uncooked)

Directions:

Cook rice separately while preparing meat.
Drain the livers.
Melt margarine in a cast iron dutch oven. Add ground beef, livers, and onions and brown them. Simmer until liver can be mashed to where it is not recognizable. Add seasonings. Mix meat and rice. Sprinkle with the green onion tops.
