1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1tsp. paprika
salt & pepper
3 lg. baking potatoes (about 2 1/2-3lbs)
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup butter
SOUR CREAM DIP
2 cups sour cream
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 tbs. minced chives
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag combine flour, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and paprika. Cut each potatoe into eight wedges, dip in milk and egg. Place in bag a few at a time and shake to coat.
Place in a greased baking pan and drizzle with 2 tbsp. butter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20min..
Turn wedges over and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake 20-25 min. longer until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
In med bowl combine dip ingredients. Serve with warm potatoe wedges.
