3 c. cooked rice
1 large eggplant
1 large onion
1 c. celery
2 bell peppers
6 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and boil eggplant, onion, celery, bell peppers, and garlic until tender in just enough water to cover. Brown meat then add vegetables ( with liquid) and rice. Mix thoroughly. Season to desired taste. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake @ 350 for about 10 mins.
