Ingredients: ground turkey (2 oz per person)
ground turkey (2 oz. per person)
can corn
can refried beans
instant potato flakes
Mexican shredded cheese
taco seasoning

Directions: |
Directions:1. Brown ground turkey (2 oz. per person)
2. Add taco seasoning and cook according to directions on seasoning package. Set aside.
3. In a bowl combine refried beans with drained corn. Set aside.
4. Make instant potatoes according to package mix.
5. In a greased casserole layer:
1st - turkey - taco seasoning mixture
2nd - refried beans - corn mixture
3rd - smooth potato over the top
4th - sprinkle with Mexican cheese
6. Since all ingredients are already cooked you only need to melt the cheese by microwave or in regular oven until golden. This will heat the refried beans-corn layer through. |

Notes: This is so easy! The amount of each ingredient can be planned per servings needed. If you like it "hotter" use refried beans with hot peppers.
