1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S french fried onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
CRUSH french fried onions in a plastic bag.
DIP chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
BAKE 20 minutes at 400º F until cooked through.

I USUALLY USE MORE OF THE FRIED ONIONS THEN WHAT SAYS, AND ADD BLACK PEPPER TO THE CRUSHED ONIONS.
