Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup melted margarine
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except muffin mix, in a large soufflé bowl, or oven-proof casserole. Mix well, and then fold muffin mix in. Bake in 350 oven
For 20 to 30 min., until set in the center, and browned on top.

This is the original recipe for this delicious dish. You’ll notice that there are no directions, just the list of ingredients. I asked Mom why she didn’t write them down, and she said, “Isn’t it obvious ? All you have to do is mix everything together. I don’t have to write that down.” As usual, she was right. I did, however, print out the ingredient list and the directions, just in case it isn’t as obvious to all of us.
