3 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 can tomato soup
4 tsp cold water




Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, place everything but the soup. Mix well and shape into an oval, in a large roasting pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, then spoon some of the tomato soup over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes more, covered with foil. Mix the remaining soup with a spoon or two of sour cream. Spoon this sauce over mashed potatoes.
