baby spinach
strawberry--medium bite size
red pepper--sliced and cut into two or three bits
red onion--thin sliced and then quartered--to your taste, I use about a 1/3 of a onion
roasted pine nuts--dry frying pan on med high, stirring so they brown but don't burn. Remove to cool.
dressing--one the side
1/3 blue cheese
1/3 Ott's Famous Dressing
1/3 herbed vinegar
add some olive oil and ground pepper (or just throw in a little cumin)

Clean greens and toss with dressing when ready to serve.
