1 T. cider vinegar
2 T. sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper

Mix all together and chill. Drizzle over wedge of lettuce.

I got this recipe from a chef at the Cafe' d'Beaujelous in Fort Lauderdale, Florida when Sam and I went there for our 5th anniversary. This dressing is more delicious than it looks, especially on a plain wedge of lettuce. It looks pretty sprinkled with a touch of paprika. You should only make it in small amounts, because with the heavy cream, it would not keep well.
