5 lbs. potatoes ( Idaho or Russet stay firmer)
1 pint Hellman Mayonnaise
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp sugar
not quite 1/4 dry mustard
salt
2 cups chopped celery
a small onion
hard boiled eggs.

Directions:

Cook and peel potatoes.Mix other ingredients together and then add to potatoes.

I don't have her # of hard boiled eggs or the measurement on the salt. Salt as you like and use the number of eggs you want.
