1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
4 eggs
3 slices of crumbled bread
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet, crumble into small pieces. Drain off fat and set aside. Beat eggs until light colored. Add crumbled bread, milk, salt, dry mustard and sausage. Stir in cheese. Spoon into 1 quart souffle dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day bake at 325º. for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately

I have multiplied this recipe based on number of servings I wanted. I have used white or wheat bread. I have usually used cheddar cheese but have sometimes used other cheeses. I've never had a complaint.
