5 Chicken Breasts - cooked and cubed
1 1/2 c. cashews
2 c. pineapple chunks- well drained
2 c. mandarin oranges - well drained
2 c. grapes - halved
2 c. celery - diced
1 can Crispy Chow Mein Noodles
Dressing:
1 c. mayo
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. curry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients for salad,
except Chow Mein Noodles. Add
the Noodles at the very last, before serving.

Mix and chill the dressing.
Add as much as desired to Chicken mixture.
Drain any juice before adding dressing.
