Make Sauce:
Simmer for 1 hour
1 pound of ground beef
6 oz. ground prk
3/4 C chopped onion
1 large can of whole tomatoes
1 15 oz tomatoe sauce
2 T Parsley
2 T sugar
1t salt
1 t basil
Cheese Layer:
3 C creamed cottage cheese
1/2 C grated Parmesan
1 T parsley flakes
1 1/2 t salt
1 t oregano leaves
Boil - 8oz lasagna noodles

Alternate: noodles
3/4 pound mozzerella shredded
1/2 Grated Parmesan
Cheese Layer
Sauce (end with)
Sprinkle Parmesan
350 1 hour
