3 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1 cup. raisins, cut up
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 Tablespoon sugar (for meringue)
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat the egg yolks (set whites aside).
2. Add sugar which has been blended with flour & cinnamon.
3. Add sour cream & raisins.
4. Cook until thick (stir while cooking).
5. Cool and then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
6. Pour into a cool pie crust.

Meringue
1. Beat egg whites to a froth and add the 4 Tablespoon sugar.
2. Spread meringue on pie.
3. Brown lightly in 300º oven.
