6 oz. smoked salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2. c. diced onions
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 Tbs. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Seasoning salt
1 1/2 tsp. dill
1/4 c. cranraisins
1/2 chopped almonds or hazelnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain smoked salmon,remove skin and chop fine. In a large bowl,combine smoked salmon,cream cheese,onion,tabasco,lemon juice,seasoning salt and dill-mix very well.
Chop nuts and cranraisins and combine. Layer the bottom of an oiled pan mold (approx. 5' wide)
with the chopped nuts/cranraisins. Add the cream cheese mis to the mold. Sprinkle chopped parsley across the bottom. Turn upside down and refrigerate. After chilled,remove the mold and circle the bottom with more chopped nut/mix. Serve with crackers or slices of French Bread.
