Pumpkin Roll Recipe

3 eggs
1 c sugar
2/3 c pumpkin
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 c finely chopped nuts

Filling:8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c 10x sugar

Heat oven to 375
Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes; slowly beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin.
Stir together remaining ingredients except nuts.
Fold in pumpkin mix.
Grease and flour waxed paper lined 15x10" jellyroll pan.
Spread mix over evenly and sprinkle with nuts
Bake 15-20 minutes. Carefully loosen edges and turn out onto clean towel.
Roll cake in towel, cool and unroll. Spread filling over side with out nuts and re-roll. Slice to serve.
Filling: Beat all ingredients until fluffy
