1 lb. dried red beans
1 lb. smoked link sausage, cut in pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1 can tomatoes and juice
1 T. salt
pepper to taste
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans until almost tender. Add other ingredients, except rice and continue cooking until beans are tender and juice is thick. You can take a few beans out and mash then stir back in to thicken juice. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over hot rice.
