2/3 Cup of sugar
1/3 All purpose flour
Dash of salt
2 Cups of milk scalded
2 Eggs beaten
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1- Mix sugar, flour and salt in a double boiler.
2- Slowly add hot milk and blend well.
3- Cook slow, stirring until mixture thickens.
4- Beat egg slowly adding hot custard, cook for 2 min.
5- Cool, and then add vanilla extract.
