1/2 Cup of Butter
1 Cup of boiling water
1 Cup of all purpose flour
1/4 tsp Salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1- Melt butter in boiling water.
2- Add flour and salt vigorously. Cook stirring constantly until the mixture forms a ball. (Mixture does not separate).
3- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
4- Add eggs one at a time beating hard after each addition, until mixture is smooth.
5- Drop puffs from tablespoon 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 400º for 40 - 55 min. Remove from sheet and cool on wire rack.
6- When puffs are cool cut in half and fill with filling. (recommend custard).
