1 can (15 1/2 oz.) each (all rinsed and drained):
black beans
red beans
great northern beans
black-eyed peas
baby lima beans
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. red bell pepper chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
2 - 3 T. cider vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. pepper

Combine all in a slow cooker. Stir and cover. Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours or until onion and pepper are tender. Remove bay leaves.
