2 1/4 lb Flank Steak
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c olive oil
4 1/4 tbsp. honey
6 (minced) garlic cloves
1 tbsp. Rosemary (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp. course black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade in ziploc bag, marinate for 2 hrs.
Grill steak on medium high heat for approx 6-8 min on each side. Cut steak in long strips at a diagonal. (Turn knife at an angle when cutting for tender meat).
