3 c. strawberries, crushed
5 c. sugar
1 package pectin or Sure-Jell
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and fruit. Mix well; let stand for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Dissolve pectin in water; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minutes. Add pectin to fruit mixturea nd stir 2 minutes. Spoon into sterilized glasses to 1/2" from top. Cover; let stand till jellied, 24-48 hours. Seal and store in the freezer. Will keep 2-3 months in the refrigerator or 1 year in the freezer. Serve thawed over ice cream or pound cake.
