1 med. head of lettuce chopped
3 green onions, chopped
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1 T. sugar
1 T. butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 T. Jane's Krazy mixed-up salt
1 1/2 T. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 oz. pkg. chinese rice noodles

In large bowl combine lettuce and onions. Refrigerate. In small skillet saute & toast almonds
with 1 T sugar & butter aside. In seperate bowl combine oil, vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar and seasonings. Mix well. Just before serving, add noodles, almonds and dressing to letuuce.

Excellent salad! You can chop the lettuce the night before and spin dry and then its crisp for the next day. If you buy the Accent Almonds already sweetened you can skip the step of toasting and using the butter and sugar.
