5 lbs small red skin potatoes
1 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 pkgs Ranch Dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mis Ranch Dressing as directed. Place in refrigerator (preferably overnight). Boil potatoes with the skins on until done. Drain the potatoes. As soon as you can handle them, cut them into chunks (leaving the skins on), layering them in a bowl or whatever. A layer of potatoes, some salad dressing, the chopped onions and the crumbled bacon. Do as many layers as you want, ending with the bacon.
