2 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Vinegar
1 T. Liquid Smoke
1 t. mustard
add tabasco, pepper, and minced onion to taste

I grew up with my Dad using this BBQ sauce. I have found it is especially good on chicken and ribs. I have yet to find any BBQ sauce that rivals it.
