2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
2-3 tbsp. chili powder or to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in oil until done. Add chopped onions, peppers and celery; simmer until they're soft. Add the garlic powder, pepper, chili powder, salt, tomatoes, tomato juice, soup, beans and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until flavors blend and chili is thick.
