1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. kernel corn
3 c. cooked mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Saute ground beef and onion in skillet until meat loses red color. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, corn and seasonings. Spoon into 1-1/2 qt. shallow baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes uncovered, or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
