3 huevos
1 taza de leche fresca
¾ taza de harina
pizca de sal
1 cucharadita de azúcar
1 cucharada de mantequilla derretida
2 cucharaditas de licor (ron o cognac o pisco o kirsch)

Directions:
Directions:
Licuar todos los ingredientes juntos menos la mantequilla. Pasar la masa por un colador a una jarra con pico. Dejar reposar la masa un rato. Agregar la mantequilla derretida y mezclar bien.

Untar ligeramente una sartén pequeña de 7-8” con mantequilla. Ponerla a calentar a fuego medio.
Siempre antes de hacer cada crepe mezclar la masa con un tenedor. Echar un poco de masa en la sartén y mover ésta para que cubra todo el fondo, formando una capita delgada. No cocinar de más o los crepes endurecerán. Voltear y dorar al otro lado. Acomodarlos en un secador limpio y dejarlos enfriar.
