8 large potatoes
1lb. Velveeta cheese
1cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb.bacon,fried and crumbled
Directions:
Directions:
cook,peel and slice potatoes. Cut cheese in small cubes.Combine potatoes, cheese,mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir gently to combine. Turn into 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with bacon. Bake at 325º for one hour.
