Tuna Rolls Recipe

1 large can of tuna
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tube croissant rolls
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the mushrooms and onion in the olive oil.
When tender, add the tuna and the Old Bay seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes and then chill the mixture.

When mixture is chilled, unroll the croissant dough and place a spoonfull at the base of the triangle. Roll the croisants up around the tuna mixture.

Bake at 375º for 12 minutes or until they are golden brown. Spoon the condensed soup over each roll and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until melted.
