Ingredients:  
1 box long grain/wild rice, cooked
2 pkg. (10 oz. ea.) frozen broccoli,
according to directions
thawed and drained
6 c. leftover cubed turkey

Sauce:

1/2 c. creamy salad dressing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
or mayo
4 oz. water chestnuts,
1/2 t. lemon juice
sliced & drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cooked wild rice mixture in 9x13 pan. Place broccoli spears on top of rice; add cubed turkey. Combine sauce ingredients except cheese; spread over top of casserole. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or MW on high for 12 minutes or until casserole is heated through. Serves 8
