8 oz. box of pasta
1 (6 oz.) bag fresh baby spinach
4 cups diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. oil
Sprinkle of salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced to very small pieces
2 oz. prosciutto, cut in strips
1/2 cup Parmegiano Reggiano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Place spinach in a large colander. Drain pasta over spinach; place pasta mixture in pan. Add tomato, oil, salt, red pepper, and garlic; toss well. Add prosciutto; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with cheese.
