4 fresh haddock fillets
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
Butter, melted

Mix together for salsa:
1/2 cup seedless cucumber, diced
2 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. onion, chopped
Dash lemon juice
2 Tbsp. oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the bread crumbs, basil, parsley, thyme, chives and lemon zest. Brush fish with melted butter and press fish into crumb mixture. Cook in melted butter for about 4 to 6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. When cooked, place fish on serving plate. Serve salsa over fish.
