2 c. butter flavored shortening
2 c. sugar
1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
12 oz. mini M&M’s
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add cream cheese and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour and salt. Fold in M&M’s. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.
